Refund Policy

Returns: Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds or replacements for trees & hedging that have been planted. All trees and hedging leave us in a healthy condition, ready for planting as per our guidelines.

Refunds: If your trees or hedging arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
